AZIL HEALTHCARE - SINGLE PAGE PHP WEBSITE
===========================================

Stack
-----
Frontend: HTML5 + CSS3 + Vanilla JavaScript
Backend: PHP (enquiry form)
Local server: XAMPP / Apache
Production: cPanel / Apache + PHP

FOLDER STRUCTURE
----------------
azil-healthcare-single-page/
  index.html
  css/style.css
  js/script.js
  php/config.php
  php/send-enquiry.php
  assets/logo.svg
  README.txt

LOCAL XAMPP
-----------
1. Copy this folder to:
   C:\xampp\htdocs\azil-healthcare-single-page

2. Start Apache in XAMPP Control Panel.

3. Open:
   http://localhost/azil-healthcare-single-page/

4. The form posts to php/send-enquiry.php.

IMPORTANT ABOUT LOCAL EMAIL
---------------------------
PHP mail() is normally NOT configured in a fresh XAMPP installation.
For local email testing, configure sendmail/SMTP in XAMPP, or test the form on
your cPanel hosting where the hosting provider's PHP mail service is enabled.

CPANEL DEPLOYMENT
-----------------
1. Create/open your domain or subdomain in cPanel.
2. Open File Manager -> public_html (or the document root for the domain).
3. Upload the contents of this folder.
4. Keep the structure exactly as:
   index.html
   css/
   js/
   php/
   assets/

5. Edit php/config.php:
   const MAIL_TO = 'azilhealthcare@gmail.com';
   const FROM_EMAIL = 'azilhealthcare@gmail.com';

For best email deliverability on cPanel, create a real mailbox on your domain,
for example:
   enquiry@yourdomain.com
and use that as FROM_EMAIL. Set MAIL_TO to the client's receiving mailbox.

EMAIL DELIVERY / DNS
--------------------
For production, configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC for the domain. Also make sure
the From address belongs to the hosted domain. This greatly improves delivery.

FORM
----
Required:
- Name
- 10-digit phone
- Email
- Product / equipment
- Message
- Consent

The form uses fetch() and returns a JSON success/error message without leaving
the page.

CUSTOMIZATION
--------------
Main business text, phone, email and address are in index.html.
Email recipient is in php/config.php.
Colors, responsive layout and section styling are in css/style.css.
Form behaviour and mobile menu are in js/script.js.

IMAGE NOTE
----------
The sample design uses external Unsplash image URLs for medical/healthcare
visuals. For a fully self-contained production website, replace these URLs
with the client's own licensed medical-equipment photographs under assets/images/
and update the CSS background-image paths.

REFERENCE HERO
--------------
The current build includes assets/hero-medical.jpg, cropped from the reference image supplied in this conversation, and uses it as the hero banner background. Replace it with the client's licensed original hero photograph if available.
